Clear "Spirit World" 6-inch Maddie figures are now available in the Bigshot Toyshop! This is a limited-edition figure with only 200 units produced for the successful Bigshot Toyworks Maddie Kickstarter. Many of those have already been shipped to proud Kickstarter backers, and the remaining pieces are now available in one place only- here - for $55 each. Articulated at neck and wings, crystal clear except for the pupils of the eyes. The rest of the Four Horsies (4-inch Clash, Raven, Ghost and Calamity) will also be available in this clear color variation, as will the 4-inch Tween Maddie. All 4-inch figures will hit the Bigshot Toyshop later this year.

SNEAK PEEK: Jason Freeny Balloon Dog Anatomy Figures coming soon

VERY EXCITING NEWS! Our buddy Jason Freeny has announced his next Anatomy production figure - the Balloon Dog Anatomy! This AWESOME follow-up to the ridiculously popular Gummi Bear Anatomy figure (which is now totally sold out) will be available in our shop. Not sure of the timeline of that release, but I am hoping it's before NYCC because Jason is signing at our booth (208). Will keep you all posted of course. I know nothing about pricing, but as new info becomes available I'll post it here. Size appears to be 250mm long (9.8 inches). Color variants detailed in graphic above: clear, purple, green, pink, yellow, GID and metallic.

MIST Solo Show at Wall Works New York Opens Saturday June 6 in the Bronx

Worth posting: A gallery called Wall Works New York in the Bronx will be hosting French graffiti legend MIST in his first solo exhibition ever in New York! Opening reception is Saturday June 6 from 5-8pm. There will also be a limited-edition print available through the gallery, so it's highly recommended that you make your way to Wall Works, which is located at:
 39 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx, NY.

Why am I telling you about a gallery show? Because MIST has designed some of my favorite art toys. We even have a couple in the shop, available for purchase: his Lucius character (to the right), and the giant Holybrikus. Buy your own MIST toys here.

MIST's toy designs mimic his signature angular characters and shapes he applies to walls and canvases. You can even see echoes of the classic MIST toy shapes in the 2D piece above. Looking at the toys next to his graffiti and more abstract painterly piece, you can definitely pick out a signature style which is consistent throughout his work.
